    Probably the best player to have played the game, also known as Mr Waterloo after winning Seven Waterloo titles, Five Waterloo handicap titles and Two Spring Waterloo titles. Brian won his first back in 1979 then won in 1986, 1987 1989 then did the double in 1992 winning The Spring title as well.

  3.  Noel Burrows
    Noel is a two time winner of The Main Waterloo handicap, winning his first way back in 1972 after beating W Brindle of Bolton, Noel then had to wait 32 years for his next title beating Altrinchams Geoff Telford in The Final, Noel still plays for Sale XL in Manchester and The Wagon & Horses in Handforth.

    Greg already has 3 Waterloo titles under his belt even at this early age, a player who could easily push Brian Duncan and Gary Ellis for the most titles in the future, Greg won The Spring Waterloo in 2014 and 2016 he then won his first Waterloo Autumn handicap in 2015

    Tommy is a three times winner at The Waterloo with One Autumn Waterloo Handicap to his name winning in 1985 beating A Thompson of Mirfield, Tommy won The Waterloo Spring titles in 1989 then 17 years later in 2006, Tommy still enters The Waterloo and plays his Bowls for The Houldsworth WMC and Poynton Sports both in Stockport.

    Simon is a Four time Finalist in The Autumn Handicap, winning back to back Titles in 2010 beating Jimmy Derby and then in 2011 beating Steve Morrey, Simon also made the Final twice previous finishing runner up in 1991 and 2008.

    Blackpool's Vernon Lee won the Autumn Waterloo Handicap in 1980 after beating Winsford's Glynn Vernon 21-20 in front of a full house, Vernon was also known as The Dancing Major as he used to dance around his bowl right after he had sent it.

    Lynn has won 7 Waterloo titles winning The Ladies Waterloo 6 times in 1996, 1998, and 3 in a row in 1996/97/98 and Lynn's first Waterloo Handicap title came in 1996, Lynn also won the Ladies Champion of Champions in 1996

  5. John Eccles
    John Eccles won the Autumn Waterloo handicap in 1991 beating Simon Coupe 21-20, after the winning bowl John ran into the crowd and celebrated with his proud father, John is sadly missed by the bowling world after losing his brave fight to cancer in 2014 aged just 53.

    Stan has won The Autumn Waterloo twice, in 1983 and again19 years later in 2002, he also won The Spring Waterloo in 1993 and the BCGBA Champion of Champions in 1983, Stan played many years for Owley Wood in Northwich area before moving to Wharton Cons.

    Glynn has won two of the major prizes at The Waterloo, in 2001 he won The Autumn Waterloo and 10 years previous he had claimed The Spring Waterloo, Glynn is still a regular in the Finals at The Waterloo and is still more than capable of lifting more in the future, Glynn plays his bowls at Wharton Cons in Cheshire.

    Katrina has won Seven titles at The Waterloo, winning The Ladies Waterloo in 2011, 2012 and 2014, She has also won The BCGBA Champion of Champions Three times in 1998, 1999 and 2012, she also added a Waterloo Mixed pairs title in 2016 with Andy Spragg.
